His expertise includes the preparation of prospectuses and financial statements, as well as implementing&nbsp;the transition from Israeli and US GAAP to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal further deepened his professional expertise in Los Angeles, where he served as a Controller for an international real estate investment firm.
